Refunds and Returns
At Typic Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchases. Unfortunately, from time to time, mistakes may be made and you might receive the wrong item, the wrong design, or your order might be damaged in transit. In those instances, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange. Otherwise, since we custom-make all of our items just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size being ordered, buyer’s remorse, etc.
Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within two (2) weeks after the item has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the parcel service, the shipment will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If, after a maximum of four (4) weeks, we are unable to reach you for the correct shipping address and remittance of reshipment fees, or if you decide that you no longer want the merchandise, the merchandise will be donated to charity or destroyed. We cannot provide a refund for orders that were not delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient address.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
